Onion Weed

Bob went out for his photography session one Saturday  afternoon this Spring and brought back this bunch of onion weed flowers. These cute little flowers bloom in abundant on the sides of the country roads in Franklin where we live. They call this weed onion weed because of the smell - I think it is more like garlic chive than onion. We did not think they would last long but surprisingly, they had adorned our dining table for a week.

  1. I am not familiar with Onion Weed, maybe our climate does not agree with it here. I Googled it, it is part of the garlic family so if you can't beat it.......... eat it.
