Awhitu Peninsula
is just down the road from us, about 40 minutes to over an hour away, depending
on which side of the peninsula we are heading. The area is known for all things organic and its picturesque
coast line, especially on the west coast. The sea is Tasman Sea which can be
very bright blue on a good sunny day.
